% ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE

Your Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and minimum payments will be calculated depending upon the payment method you choose at the origination of your Line of Credit.

If you choose to repay your Line of Credit via an Employer-Initiated Payment, your Annual Percentage Rate will range between 99% and 299% based on your credit limit.

If you choose to repay your Line of Credit via a different payment method, your Annual Percentage Rate will range between 185% and 390% based on your credit limit.

! IMPORTANT NOTICE

A Revolving Line of Credit is an expensive form of credit and should be used for short-term financial needs only and not as a long-term financial solution. If you make larger payments, you will pay less interest and you will pay down your Line of Credit sooner.

Prepayment Penalty: $0

Late Payment Charge: $15 or 5% of the unpaid amount of the Minimum Payment, whichever is greater, but not to exceed $50, if any Minimum Payment is not paid in full within fifteen (15) days after its scheduled due date. If the Minimum Payment is $25 or less, the Late Payment Charge will not exceed $5.

If you miss a payment and default on your Revolving Credit Agreement, it is possible that a lawsuit could be brought against you.
