Loan Basics

Our Loan process is private and secure without requiring a traditional credit check. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and do not share any information of our clients with others. The original loan application is kept safe and confidential. We use a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for data transmission on our encrypted server to ensures your personal information is safe at all times. We will never ask for your password and if you receive an email or call asking for it, disregard it and contact us at 844-967-1251.

If you have recently changed your bank details for an account you connected to CASH 1, you will need to contact us right away to update your banking information. Any delay or failure to update any important account information can lead to payment issues and may result in late fees or collection fees.

We love to see our customers, but you do not have to visit our store locations in order to process several of our loan options. For those applying for a Title loan or Registration loan; you'll need to drop by one of our nearest stores for a quick inspection of your vehicle. Once you get your loan approved, you can sign your loan documents and drive off with cash in your pocket. And all this happens in a matter of minutes. For Nevada Personal Loans, you can complete your loan and pick up your cash in a nearby store, or have your loan deposited directly into your account. You will not need to visit a CASH 1 store for a personal line of credit in Utah. We’ll deposit the money in your bank account as soon as the next day.

You can get a second loan after paying off the first one. It is always better to complete the existing loan payments before getting another loan. Our application process and loan requirements remain similar for most loans, whether you are a first time borrower or renewing additional credit.

CASH 1 stores are open almost every day of the year with a couple holiday hours. Visit our Arizona Stores or Nevada Stores page for information on individual store hours. For online loans, you can apply online 24/7 and have the money deposited directly into your bank account when approved.

Loan Application

At CASH 1, we are not interested in knowing your credit score at all. We take into account various financial factors to approve loans. Our aim is to lend easy and hassle-free cash loans that you can repay with certainty. When you have a low credit score, we understand that it can be difficult to get a loan from traditional lenders. And that is when we become a helping hand. Factors we take into consideration to qualify: For Title Loans - Value of your vehicle, ability to repay and your state of residence. For Personal Installment Loans - Your income to payment ratio and state of residence. For Registration Loans - Equity in your vehicle and your personal income.

The laws in each state differ when it comes to how much you can borrow. In Arizona & Nevada, the value of your vehicle and your ability to repay can help you get $100 to $50,000. You can get a vehicle registration loan in Arizona from $150 to $5,000 even if you’re still making payments on your vehicle. For those of you who don’t want to use the value of your vehicle, CASH 1 also offers Nevada residents easy personal loans from $50 to $5,000.

There are NO document preparation fees when you apply for the loan and no prepayment penalty for any payment made on the loan. However, a borrower will need to pay $20 in case of NV Title Loans only.

The interest and processing fees paid over the original loan amount is the cost of your loan. Since CASH 1 doesn’t charge any document preparation fees, the cost of your loan is your Annual Percentage Rate (APR). This rate will vary depending upon how much you borrow, your state of residence and your loan amount. For details on the interest rates for CASH 1 Loans in Arizona, check our page with Disclosures for Arizona Title Loans. For details on the interest rates for CASH 1 Loans in Nevada, check our page with Disclosures For Nevada Loan Products. You can request the funding of your loan in cash if you visit one of our store locations or get it directly deposited in your bank account via ACH. In most instances, you will get your money on the same day the loan is finalized. This is often in as short as fifteen minutes.
