CASH 1 provides valuable services and information as part of its Customer Service Program via telephone calls, SMS text messaging, automated voice messages, prerecorded voice calls, voicemail and ringless voicemail, push notifications, and email. These services may include account information and documentation, loan activity alerts, payment reminders, announcements, promotions, discounts and coupons, valuable financial resources, and other important information. While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you wish to opt out from receiving SMS text messages or promotional email, you may do so by following the instructions below. You may opt out of other telephone communications by emailing us at compliance@cash1loans.com or calling us at (855) 504-5941. SMS TEXT MESSAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize us to transmit account-related information and/or sales and marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number. Further, you consent to the receipt of SMS text messages from us at the number(s) you provide. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately fifteen (15) messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS text service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS text messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS text message services are provided on an “as is” basis.

OPTING OUT OF SMS TEXT MESSAGES

You may opt out and exclude your phone number from receiving additional messages by replying “STOP” to an SMS text message you receive from us. You may also opt out by replying “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT.” Upon opting out of SMS text messages, you will receive an opt-out confirmation reply. After this, you will no longer receive SMS text messages from us.

If, after opting out, you decide to opt back in to receive SMS text messages, you may do so by texting “START” or “UNSTOP” to (602) 560-9207 if you are in Arizona; to (702) 903-1483 if you are in Nevada; to (801) 823-4757 if you are in one of our other states; or by replying “START” or “UNSTOP” to an SMS text message you have received from us.

EMAIL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By providing your email address(es) to us, you authorize us to send email messages to you at the address(es) provided, and you consent to the receipt of email messages from us. Please add customerservice@cash1loans.com to your safe sender list or email address book. Email services are provided on an “as is” basis.

OPTING OUT OF PROMOTIONAL EMAIL MESSAGES

If you wish to unsubscribe from future promotional email messages, please email us at compliance@cash1loans.com or call us at (855) 504-5941. In addition, all of our promotional email messages include an easy link to unsubscribe from future messages and manage your email subscription options.
